Our pre-paid label (you'll find it attached to your advice note) can only be used for Hermes returns. If you'd like to use one of our other methods, you'll need to obtain a separate label.

Regardless of how you choose to return your order, please remember to:
- Ensure your advice note is included in your parcel, with the reason for return specified. If you haven't kept the advice note, make sure you include a note with your name, address, account number, item numbers and the reason you're sending them back.
- Repackage your goods securely and attach your return label to the outside of the parcel.
- Obtain a receipt, and keep this safe until your return has been processed.
