Of course! Click here to go to the 'Arrange a Return' page.

• Select the type of item you're returning, then click 'Add New Address' on the next page
• Type in the collection address and click 'Save'
• Confirm where you'll be leaving the parcel in 'Further Collection Instructions'
• Click 'Submit' to process the request.
