Need to track your order or arrange a return?

The Hermes app will make your shopping experience even more convenient! You can:

• Use the ‘My Places’ function to provide delivery instructions if you're not going to be in. You can even upload a photo of your chosen safe place to help your courier when they call round.
• Track your parcel right up to the point of delivery
• Request a courier collection
• Look up your nearest ParcelShop and Hermes Locker locations to help you return items

Additionally, if you need a replacement return label, you can request a QR code to print a replacement at your local ParcelShop location.
